SCRANTON, Pa. - A special master has denied a motion to quash subpoenas issued to non-party witnesses to alleged environmental contamination from fracking, but has limited the scope of discovery, saying that much of the information sought is available from other sources. Fiorentino, et al. v. Cabot Oil & Gas Corp., et al., No. 3:09-cv-2284 (M.D. Pa.).
