Joint Tenant Seeking Share Asks for Oral Argument on Distribution of Settlement Funds

HARRISBURG, Pa. - A non-party seeking a share of settlement funds to be paid to property owners to settle environmental damage claims in the Dimock, Pa. area has asked a federal judge to schedule oral argument, noting that one brief has been filed in opposition. Fiorentino v. Cabot Oil & Gas Corp., et al., No. 09-cv-2284 (M.D. Pa.).

Lorna Schopperth filed the motion by letter to Judge John E. Jones III in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania on Sept. 21.
