Mediator Assigned to Pa. Personal Injury Case

HARRISBURG, Pa. - A federal judge has ordered mediation of personal injury claims filed by a Pennsylvania man who alleges that a gas driller failed to properly monitor a well. Sweeten, et ux. v. Chesapeake Energy Corp., et al., No. 3:11-cv-00261-ARC (M.D. Pa.).

Judge A. Richard Caputo of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania issued the order on July 28, assigning attorney Richard G. Fine of Scranton, Pa., to meet with the parties and attempt to resolve the action in the next 120 days.
