HARRISBURG, Pa. - Both sides have submitted briefs on state authorities' motion to dismiss a lawsuit over the collection of information of an environmental Marcellus shale coalition, with counsel for Pennsylvania's attorney general objecting to the length of the coalition's response brief and arguing that constitutional claims have essentially been dropped. Gas Drilling Awareness Coalition v. Powers, et al., No. 1:10-cv-01997-WWC (M.D. Pa.).
