CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A federal judge has granted a motion to remand sought by a gas pipeline contractor who alleges that a three-year contract with Antero Resources Appalachian Corp. was terminated because of a site inspector's displeasure when it refused to sell him a surplus bulldozer at a discounted price. Ronald Lane Inc. v. Antero Resources Appalachian Corp., No. 1:20cv137 (N.D. W.Va.).
Judge Irene M. Keeley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia granted the motion based on the citizenship of a defendant added after removal in an amended complaint.
