HARRISBURG, Pa. - Plaintiffs' counsel defending against a motion for sanctions over alleged harassment during site visits and other alleged misconduct have moved to limit defense counsel's "evidence" to examples and exhibits available when the motion was made in January. Fiorentino, et al. v. Cabot Oil and Gas Corp., No. 3:09-CV-02284 (M.D. Pa.).
