SHREVEPORT, La. - A Louisiana appellate court has reversed summary judgment awarded to developers who were sued for allegedly failing to alert homebuyers to the fact that mineral rights had been reserved to others, saying the issues raised should be decided by factfinders. Coleman, et al. v. Burgundy Oaks, L.L.C., et al., No. 46,314-CA (La. Ct. App., 2nd Cir.).
