KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Tennessee's Court of Appeals has reversed summary judgment awarded to an oil and gas leaseholder accused of breaching a contract to transfer the leases, saying an opt-out option cited by the trial court only applied to the other party. CNX Gas Company LLC v. Miller Petroleum Inc., et al., No. E2009-00226-COA-R3-CV (Tenn. Ct. App.).
