Tenn. Court Reinstates Claims Against Leaseholder Over Failed Transfer Agreement

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Tennessee's Court of Appeals has reversed summary judgment awarded to an oil and gas leaseholder accused of breaching a contract to transfer the leases, saying an opt-out option cited by the trial court only applied to the other party.
