LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Environmental and recreational groups have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Forestry Service to compel an updated Environmental Impact Statement and related documents for an expected increase in drilling activity at a national forest since permits were issued in 2005. Ouachita Watch League, et al. v. Henry, et al., No. 4:11-CV-425 JLH (E.D. Ark.).
