BP Sues Co-Defendants for Contribution, Indemnity on 1-Year Deadline

NEW ORLEANS - BP met the federal court's April 20 deadline and filed cross-complaints and cross-claims for more than $40 billion in contribution or indemnity against its co-defendants in the Deepwater Horizon multi-district litigation.
