Family of Seaman Killed In Deepwater Horizon Explosion Pursue Damage Claims

NEW ORLEANS - The family of Gordon Lewis Jones, who is presumed killed in the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion in April 2010, have filed a Third Amended Complaint seeking unspecified damages against the rig's owners and operators.
