NEW ORLEANS - The family of Gordon Lewis Jones, who is presumed killed in the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion in April 2010, have filed a Third Amended Complaint seeking unspecified damages against the rig's owners and operators. In re: Oil Spill by the Oil Rig "Deepwater Horizon" in the Gulf of Mexico, on April 20, 2010, MDL No. 2179 [No. 2:10-cv-1196] (E.D. La.).
