NEW ORLEANS - Three seamen claiming post-traumatic stress and other injuries from the explosion aboard the Deepwater Horizon oil rig have amended their complaint against defendants in the multi-district litigation, saying they have yet to be adequately compensated for "severe and permanent injuries." In re: Oil Spill by the Oil Rig "Deepwater Horizon" in the Gulf of Mexico, on April 20, 2010, MDL No. 2179 (E.D. La.).
Plaintiffs Bill Francis, Tyrone Benton and Carlos Ramos note in the March 11 filing that they previously asserted their claims in response to Transocean Offshore Deepwater Drilling Inc.'s petition to limit liability.
