Pa. Plaintiffs Move to Remand Environmental Suit Against Gas Drilling Firms

HARRISBURG - Three plaintiffs alleging environmental damage from gas drilling methods deny that they named two Pennsylvania companies as defendants to defeat diversity jurisdiction and have asked a federal judge to send the case back to state court. Attorneys for the three Pennsylvania residents filed their motion to remand on March 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
