WASHINGTON, D.C. - A federal judge has affirmed a $185,285,485.85 arbitration award for a British investor in an Argentinean energy distribution company, saying that Argentina failed to show that the arbitration panel's findings violated any well settled law. Republic of Argentina v. BG Group PLC, No. 08-485 (D. D.C.).
