NEW ORLEANS - U.S. District Judge Carl J. Barbier has dismissed with prejudice a lawsuit brought on behalf of the Estate of Karl Dale Kleppinger, who was believed killed in the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion, citing the parties' stipulation and settlement. Kleppinger, et al. v.
