BP Asks Court to Let it Dispose of Materials Unlikely to be Needed as Evidence

NEW ORLEANS - BP has asked a federal judge to resolve a dispute with plaintiffs' counsel and allow it to dispose of more unused equipment related to Deepwater Horizon oil rig or Macondo Well site after a brief inspection period.
