Pa. Couple Allege they were Duped Into Leasing Land for Less

HARRISBURG, Pa. - A Pennsylvania couple is suing Cabot Oil & Gas in federal court over a lease they claim they signed only after being assured it was the best deal they could get. Harrison, et ux. v. Cabot Oil & Gas Corp., No. 10-cv-00312 (M.D. Pa.).

Counsel for Cabot and Wayne and Mary Harrison submitted a Joint Case Management Plan to the court on Nov., 16, setting out the principal areas of dispute and noting the limited discovery to date.
