NEW ORLEANS - The owners of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig responded to a Louisiana real estate broker's pro se action for lost income by filing a notice in the federal MDL of prior orders from a Texas court that restrained the prosecution of such claims while the owners pursue their limitation of liability action.
