Louisiana Plaintiffs Ask MDL Judge to Reconsider Their Remand Motions

NEW ORLEANS -Louisiana officials have asked the federal judge presiding over the Deepwater Horizon multidistrict litigation to reconsider his decision to deny their motions to remand or, alternatively, to stay the proceedings while they appeal.
