Neighbors of Mich. Pipeline Spill Allege Intentional Torts by Enbridge

DETROIT - Residents of Battle Creek, Mich., allege in two class complaints that the owners of a 1,900-mile oil pipeline negligently allowed it to decay and waited hours to notify area residents or authorities of a significant leak in July, thereby causing millions of dollars in damage.
