NEW ORLEANS - Chevron U.S.A. has moved to intervene in a lawsuit by environmental groups who want to challenge the Department of Interior's requirements for exploratory drilling by oil and gas leaseholders in the Gulf of Mexico. Gulf Restoration Network, et al. v. Salazar, et al., No. 2:10-cv-01497-CJB-SS [In re: Oil Spill by the Oil Rig "Deepwater Horizon" in the Gulf of Mexico, on April 20, 2010, MDL No. 2179 (E.D. La.).
