MIAMI - A Florida commercial fisherman seeking damages for environmental and economic damage resulting from the Deepwater Horizon explosion has dropped a product liability claim against the maker of dispersants used by BP in an effort to alleviate the effects of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Olivera v. Transocean Ltd., et al., No. 10-CV-10050 (S.D. Fla.).
