WASHINGTON, D.C. - Louisiana plaintiffs in one of the dozens of lawsuits already filed in the wake of the devastating BP oil rig explosion on April 22 have asked the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to consolidate all related federal cases in a "Gulf of Mexico Oil Contamination" MDL.
