Cabot Oil & Gas Removes New Pa. Environmental Suit to Federal Court

SCRANTON, Pa. — Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. has removed an environmental damages suit from state to federal court, saying there is complete diversity between the Pennsylvania plaintiffs and defendants. Roth, et ux. v. Cabot Oil & Gas Corp., No. 3:12-cv-00898-RDM (M.D. Pa.).

Cabot filed the Notice of Removal May 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where the case has been assigned to Judge Robert D. Mariani.
