MOBILE, Ala. - Plaintiffs in a state court Chinese drywall case have asked for sanctions against a defendant supplier who they say has ignored a court order to begin emergency mediation of their property damage and personal injury claims. Little, et al. v. The Mitchell Co. Inc., et al., No. CV-09-901153 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Mobile Cty.).
