Plaintiffs Seek Sanctions over Drywall Supplier's Mediation Challenge

MOBILE, Ala. - Plaintiffs in a state court Chinese drywall case have asked for sanctions against a defendant supplier who they say has ignored a court order to begin emergency mediation of their property damage and personal injury claims.
