NEW ORLEANS - The Chinese Drywall MDL judge has issued his reasons for denying a motion to apply the Hague Convention rules for discovery on Knauf Gips KG, in the process determining that plaintiffs have made a prima facie showing of personal jurisdiction against the foreign defendant.
