NEW ORLEANS - A group of homebuilders has filed its brief in the federal MDL, urging the court to enforce a Florida statute that requires claimants to give defendants an opportunity to resolve construction defect claims prior to proceeding with a lawsuit. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).
