NORFOLK, Va. — A builder that sued to recover a $4.9 million arbitration award from a Chinese drywall installer’s insurer has filed a brief in Virginia, arguing that the court should reject any argument that the insurer is responsible for covering only the portion of damages allocated to the time its policies were in effect. Dragas Management Corp. v. The Hanover Insurance Co., et al., No. 10-547 (E.D. Va.).
