FT. MYERS, Fla. — A defendant in a multi-plaintiff domestic drywall case has filed a motion to sever the claims, arguing that the variety of factual circumstances surrounding each plaintiff’s case would likely confuse a jury and prejudice the defendant. Brucker, et al. v. Lowes Home Centers Inc., et al., No. 10-405 (M.D. Fla.).
