PITTSBURGH — An expert retained by a commercial building owner in a breach-of-contract suit can testify to whether defendant CentiMark Corp. met industry standards in installing an elastomeric acrylic coating to fix a leaking roof, a federal judge has ruled.
In an Oct. 18 memorandum opinion by Magistrate Judge Robert C. Mitchell addressed several motions in limine in a case set to go to trial Nov. 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
