HARTFORD, Conn. - A Connecticut couple who say that improperly mixed spray foam insulation was used in their home have sued the contractor as well as manufacturers Johns Manville Inc. and Icynene Corp. for alleged respiratory and other injuries.
Richard and Monica Beyer made those claims in a Sept. 26 complaint filed in New London (Conn.) Superior Court. Defendant Johns Manville (dba Johns Manville Insulation Systems) removed the action to the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut on Oct. 28 on diversity grounds.
