WASHINGTON, D.C. –– Mississippi plaintiffs who opted out of a global settlement in the Chinese Drywall Multidistrict Litigation have joined with defendant Ace Hardware in opposing transfer of their lawsuit back to the MDL docket.
In a Sept. 11 motion to vacate the conditional transfer order issued by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, the parties additionally contend that the location of the MDL docket is not convenient for the parties.
