Minnesota Judge Issues CMO in Hardieplank Fiber Cement Siding Litigation

MINNEAPOLIS –– A federal court overseeing a coordinated docket for claims arising out of allegedly defective cement fiber siding has issued an order outlining deadlines for the upcoming months, with expert reports in the litigation not due until July 2014.

According to the Sept. 16 case management order issued by the U.S. District for the District of Minnesota, the latest current deadline is Jan. 2015, at which time the plaintiffs are required to file a reply brief in support of their motion for class certification.
