South Carolina Plaintiffs Seek to Amend Complaint Against MI Windows and Doors

CHARLESTON, S.C. –– Plaintiffs asserting claims against MI Windows and Doors Inc. for allegedly defective sealing have asked a federal court to amend their complaint, which was recently dismissed as inadequately pled.

In their Sept. 4 motion in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina for leave to file an amended complaint, the plaintiffs say they’d like to add two additional plaintiffs.
