Montana Federal Court Issues Scheduling Order in Allegedly Defective Toilet Supply Line Case

BUTTE, Mont. –– A scheduling order has been issued in a construction defect case involving Watts Water Technologies’ reinforced flexible toilet supply line, which a home insurer says is defective and caused nearly $130,000 in property damage.

According to a recent order entered in the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, a preliminary pretrial conference was held on Aug. 1, during which an Oct. 2014 trial date was scheduled.

The deadline for amended pleadings has been set for Dec. 2, while discovery is slated to warp up by Aug. 1, 2014.
