N.J. Supreme Court Weighs Merits of Consolidation for DuraPro Toilet Supply Line Subrogation Actions

TRENTON, N.J. –– The New Jersey Supreme court is considering an application to consolidate cases involving DuraPro toilet supply lines, after inviting parties to comment on or object to the application.

According to a notice to the bar that was issued June 18, but only recently released, the New Jersey Supreme Court required comments on the application to be submitted by July 12.

The underlying request was filed in May with Active Administrative Director of the Courts Glenn A. Grant. In it, several insurers argued that consolidation would avoid duplicative discovery and inconsistent rulings and conserve judicial resources.
