CHARLESTON, N.C. — A South Carolina judge has dismissed without prejudice a second amended complaint filed against MI Windows and Doors Inc., noting that many of the pleadings are unchanged from those in the first amended complaint, which had been deemed insufficiently pled.
On Aug. 15, Judge David C. Norton of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina granted plaintiff Daniel Kennedy leave to file a third amended complaint.
