Minn. Court Issues Reasoning Behind Dismissal of Some Claims in Aluminum Window Suit

MINNEAPOLIS –– A Minnesota District Court has issued its reasons behind a July order in which it granted summary judgment on a number of claims asserted against a company that allegedly supplied faulty aluminum extrusions to a window manufacturer.
In a separate opinion, also issued Aug. 2 by the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the court also explained its award of summary judgment on cross-claims asserted Valspar Corp.
