CLEVELAND –– An Ohio judge has issued final approval of a class action settlement of claims by homeowners who sought compensation for alleged defects in their steel siding that caused paint on the product to peel prematurely.
In the Aug. 1 final order and judgment, Judge Benita Y. Pearson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio found the judgment to be “fair and reasonable.”
