Insurers Seek Consolidation of N.J. DuraPro Toilet Supply Line Subrogation Actions

TRENTON, N.J. — Counsel for the plaintiff insurers in nine New Jersey subrogation actions involving DuraPro toilet supply lines seek consolidation of the cases in Atlantic County (N.J.) Superior Court.
In a May 31 request filed with Active Administrative Director of the Courts Glenn A. Grant, the insurers argued that consolidation would avoid duplicative discovery and inconsistent rulings and conserve judicial resources.
The insurers note that the nine subrogation actions are already pending in the Atlantic County court.
