Window Installer Files In Limine Motions Ahead of July 29 Trial; Seeks Exclusion of Post Project Testing Video

MOBILE, Ala. –– A window installer accusing a supplier of providing defective windows for use at a new construction project at the University of Southern Alabama has filed several in limine motions ahead of the scheduled July 29 trial date.
