Claim for Breach of 10-Year Warranty on Defective Windows Barred by 4-Year Statute of Limitations, Court Rules

NEW YORK — A New York appeals court has reversed a lower court ruling that extended the statute of limitations allowing homeowners to proceed with breach of express warranty claims against the manufacturer of allegedly defective windows and doors installed in their home.
