CHARLESTON, S.C. — A federal judge in South Carolina has dismissed a class action brought by an Illinois man who claimed that defective vinyl windows installed by the previous owners of his home caused water intrusion and damage to the interior of his residence.
In a Jan. 24 order, Judge David C.
