Plaintiffs in INEX Chinese Drywall Trial Seek Limits on Testimony Related to Manufacturers

NEW ORLEANS — Plaintiffs in an upcoming bellwether trial of redhibition claims against Chinese drywall supplier Interior Exterior Supply Co. have asked the court to strike testimony from an expert who is expected to exclusively blame drywall manufacturers for damage to the plaintiffs’ homes.
