NEW ORLEANS — Class counsel for plaintiffs in five inter-related Chinese Drywall settlements have fired back at what they say are frivolous objections to the deals made by an attorney who they call a “professional objector who lacks any interest in justice.”
In an Oct. 24 response and motion to dismiss the objections, class counsel says the 11th hour dissent the attorney filed on behalf of an individual and three drywall installers is far from a legitimate bid to derail the settlements.
