MDL Judge Denies Interior Exterior Motion to Compel Data from Habitat for Humanity

NEW ORLEANS — Judge Eldon E. Fallon has denied a motion by Chinese drywall supplier Interior Exterior Building Supply to compel the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity to reveal information about what the non-profit knew about drywall it used in the construction of city homes.
Following a telephonic hearing from his chambers in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Judge Fallon denied the motion as moot, with the right to re-file at a later date.
