FT. MYERS, Fla. — Plaintiffs in two cases alleging property damage and personal injury caused by non-Chinese-manufactured drywall have filed notices in federal court saying that they will appeal a recent decision dismissing their claims for lack of causation.
The notices of appeal were filed Aug. 22, nearly one month after a Florida judge entered take-nothing judgments against the plaintiffs whose experts were prevented from offering their theory as to how the drywall manufactured by National Gypsum Co. was causing the alleged damage.
