NEW ORLEANS — The federal Chinese Drywall MDL judge has denied a motion by excess insurer North River Insurance Co. requesting that the court realign parties and lift stays related to several defendants ahead of a November trial to determine its potential exposure for claims involving Interior Exterior Building Supply Co.
