Drywall PSC Says Report, Payment of Counsel Fees Ties Taishan to Beijing Company




NEW ORLEANS — The Plaintiffs Steering Committee has alerted the federal Chinese drywall MDL judge to recently discovered information showing among other things that a Beijing building materials company has paid more than $1.5 million in defense costs related to drywall litigation against Taishan Gypsum. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).
