TAMPA, Fla. - FCCI Insurance Co. has sued Scottsdale Insurance Co. for its refusal to pay a portion of defense costs as part of a global settlement of Chinese drywall claims brought against a Florida drywall supplier. FCCI Insurance Co. v. Scottsdale Insurance Co., No. 12-927 (M.D. Fla.).
